”Overall, fine for a single night stay. We stayed in room 105 and the bed was squeaky and could stand to be replaced. The refrigerator made a loud sound that I needed to mess with it to get it to quit. Several lights but all were a very low wattage and difficult to see. I checked out the breakfast area and it looked like it might be good but size wise the area was very small. It had a pancake maker, eggs, nice mugs for coffee, etc but we wanted to get gone so we opted to not eat there. ”

”Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room.”

”The hotel was great, this is the second time I've stayed there. The bummer was that the waterslide was out of order. I was bringing a team of kids and this was the #1 reason we chose this hotel. They still had fun in the pool, but I wish I knew that the slide was out of order (it appeared that it had been that way quite some time).”

”I have no complaints about my stay. Staff were friendly. they let us check in slightly early and allowed us to stow our backpacks in a backroom while we did some sightseeing in Rapid City burning time while waiting for our 5:30PM flight home. Breakfast, while not hot, was more than satisfactory and it was great to have coffee always available.”

”This place is not too bad. It's clean and their pool is bigger than other hotels we've went to, probably has the deepest one too 5'10. They also have a hot tub and sauna. The food is okay, normal breakfast - eggs, sausages, waffle (regular and blueberry). If you like working out, don't expect too much with their gym facility. A lot of the equipments were broken or almost broken, it looks like it was just there as decorations. Also, when it was checkout time and you're not out there sooner than...
