”This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.”

”On their page, it says that they have a swimming pool. The swimming pool had no water in it and had a cover over it. The whole 4 days we were there. So no swimming, the continental breakfast was basically just waffles. There was no sides or anything. The staff weren't always at the desk when you needed them.”

”We had 0 complaints. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It wasn't gourmet, it was the standard hotel chain breakfast, but everything tasted good and it was clean. Like I said 0 complaints.”

”The room and kitchen were adequate. It's honestly what you would expect from a 2-star hotel. The bathroom was not clean; hair in the bathtub, what looked like some kind of black mold on the shower curtain and the tub drained super slowly (standing water while in the shower/tub). Decided to just not shower during our stay, but my husband's aunt said we would say something, so we did on the second day of our stay. The man at the counter when we made the complaint was very rude and accusatory. He...

”We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!”
