”I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.”

”This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.”

”I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation.”

”Stayed here because website showed a nice outdoor pool right on their main webpage and we planned to spend the day there. Get there and its all covered and some BS excuse of pipe problems. No mention of that on website. Already there, stayed a night and checked out in the morning. Owners didnt give a damn and said I was being charged both nights anyway. Wouldn't even give me a receipt! Went to Expedia and they said "hotel owners declined a refund", like I give a damn what they say? I will...

”Fine hotel for a clean and comfortable bed. No frills. I do not recommend the breakfast. We tried it but it was terrible. The coffee was weak and the eggs were sour. We tossed them and ate out.”

”The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.”

”The mattress needed replacing . Felt like sinking into a hole. Neighbors were up to 2:30 going in and out with a kid that had zero indoor voice. Motorcycle group also staying there reving motors. Not our best stay there. Usually good place...these were not really the hotels fault but I would think the office would hear them or see it on their security monitor that is right at the desk.”
