”Nice home located in a calm quiet suburb and opposite a cool neighborhood park. The type of place you'd be happy to raise a family at. Felt very comfortable and safe. A great space away from the retiree bustle of Palm Springs or touristy zones of Joshua Tree. The rental is well appointed with daily home comforts and a hot tub is a welcoming feature after activities during the day. Host, Juan, was very responsive and everything was very smooth from pre-arrival, check-in and thru departure.”

”We arrived on a Saturday during the low season at Desert Lotus. The house is very well appointed with a full kitchen, a nice dining area and living room. This unit is very close to the main pool and the gym, basically across the street which we found convenient. As I mentioned low season, however there were many cars and maintenance trucks passing through the development. This house sits on the main street which is probably reason for the traffic. Otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet. ...

”The host was welcoming, responsive, communicative and gracious throughout our stay. Many amenities including condiments, spices, and cooking spray in the pantry. There were a lot of appliances we didn’t use but noticed in the kitchen. The keurig pods were well stocked. The house was clean and what meant the most to us was the location and being dog friendly. We felt safe in the neighborhood, there was a lovely pool and yard to enjoy, and neighborhood to safely walk around in. We’d definitely...

”The house is very nice and roomy. There is a lot of exploring on the property for the children. The only issue is that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and if we turned the heater on the other two bedrooms would get too warm and they couldn’t sleep so we got a bit cold at night. We just wore extra clothing. The hot air balloons land right behind the house and that was very cool! We would definitely come back! Beautiful scenery too!”

Just a couple side notes: 1) Couldn’t find any salt & pepper when cooking (not a game changer, just a heads up for the next guests 😉) 2) There was a constant beeping noise coming from the garage. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. These are just side notes, as the home was spacious and comfortable and well located. Would recommend it to all! ”
