”My husband I enjoyed our stay in this property. It was convenient to some of the best hiking trails and eateries, yet far enough away from the main highway traffic. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and the hosts even provided a cabinet of toiletries to choose from. We will definitely consider a return visit when we are in this area again! ”Home away from home! We were so impressed with this property.... Spacious, clean and fresh....every detail! The Coffee bar is the best!! HUGE TV.... and the fireplace made it so comfy! Made family memories....played games and did karaoke!! Cooked and had family dinners. Enjoyed outdoor time as well! Meandered around the West Jefferson downtown area....lots of shops and cool things to see and do! We were in the mountains but with easy quick access to the city. Excellent location....grocery...

”The house is very pretty and comfortable, Loved the fenced yard for the dogs and location was perfect for us as we could navigate the area easily, The view from to the river is so pretty, got to see a Heron, a deer getting to the bank up to his Belly to eat Algae! We had a nice Family time! Mike was very nice to let us check out an hour late.”

”We enjoyed Waters Fall so much! The creek alone was enough to make the stay wonderful, but the owner has put so much thought into the details of this amazing house that we had everything we needed and more. We appreciated all of the games and supplies and provision of outside equipment to have fun listening to and playing in the creek. The owner also was great at communicating with us. You will not be disappointed with this property or owner!”

”The house is immaculate and well cared for. The location is conveniently located. You could hear the neighbors but there was no one shouting/partying. My only (very minor) complaint was that the gate didn't close due to what looked like fresh gravel, so my preschooler had to stay closer to me in the yard.”

”We had a great time socializing by the incredible babbling creek. Lots of space and nice property. The only thing is the wood rockers in the gazebo smelled really bad from mold and mildew. We moved them out of the gazebo.”

”We booked the cabin for my family of 5 for Thanksgiving! We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed! The host was so awesome. Great communication and even surprised us with some Thanksgiving decorations to make our stay fun! The cabin was very clean and just as described. The views were amazing. While remote and off the beaten path, there are two wineries close and you are an easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock. We had a great time and will be back to enjoy...

”The home had everything we needed and far more, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, a game room with a foosball table, pinball machine and a full size arcade game loaded with tons of options, plus a cache of board games. The interior is tall ceilings, a full wall of windows, beautiful pine walls and ceilings, comfortable furniture, large smart TV in each bedroom, living room, and game room. It is very private, has a creek right beside the house. We loved it and hope to return soon”
