”The home wasn’t clean and we couldn’t get in. We are on top of a mountain with zero reception to call the property manager because we were locked out. The ceiling leaked every time the kids showered upstairs and the house wasn’t clean. We had to call and pack up so the cleaners could come after we checked in. They took pillow cases from our pillows and replaced them with starched rough white ones. It was not an over all great experience with all the issues we faced. ”

”This was a great home for a mountain getaway! All the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and there wasn’t anything missing for what we needed to cook a few meals! Response time & helpful hosts made it an easy stay. Would recommend this to anyone with multiple guests.”

”The cabin itself was cute and clean. The location was beautiful and close to dining and shopping. The swings and outdoor furniture had not been wiped down. Large spider webs were on the swings. My biggest complaint was check-in. The code we were given was not updated so it took almost an hour before VRBO reached the owner to give us the new code to access the key.”

”Wanting a five day getaway to Cashiers NC I looked through VRBO (and other offerings) and found a cluster of small cabins walkable to central Cashiers. The property manager was very friendly and helpful along with the Cabin being as described, easy check-in, clean and appropriately stocked. I anticipate returning to this Cabin group in the future.”
