”What a perfect place for a family visit to. Cotter. Perfect location to walk to fishing, swimming, parks, stores, fly shops, food, drinks and entertainment. The house is perfectly stocked and super comfy beds and the decor is great!”

”This property is “ down the dirt road” it overlooks a arm of bull shoales lake, it was super quiet and super relaxing there isnt much around that is close just a few neighbors. This place is perfect for a couple looking to relax, get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It has a huge deck over looking the valley, and part of if is screened in. It was perfect for what me and the wife was looking for. ”

”My family (husband and two teen boys) stayed at Andrea’s well-appointed cottage for three nights/four days. The setting of the cottage is amazing. I spent hours on the deck watching the river and the variety of birds, including a bald eagle. Andrea is the most thoughtful host I’ve encountered. Not only is the cottage immaculate, she has thought of every detail in terms of what you may need to make your stay comfortable. Towels, headlamps, binoculars for bird watching, a variety of magazines...

”This was the perfect place to stay to float the white river, a put in/take out is just smoke down the road. Beautiful setting & very spacious for our group of four. We loved sitting out on the screened in porch each morning. ”

”I had a really good stay at this cottage. It was very clean. All the updates were really nice that have been done to the house. I will suggest updating the furniture. Maybe putting a couch in the living room or a couch with a bed so that a few more people could enjoy this cottage too. Families may be bigger than just four people and there is room in this cottage for bigger families if allowed. The patio area was great for cooking on the grill. My trip was about family friends and relaxation and...
