”Breakfast options were minimal. If staying on the second floor, be prepared to walk stairs. Room was clean overall. Beds were decent.”

”There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.”

”The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.”

”This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned...

”Was a clean room”

”The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. Housekeeping came to bring clean linen-still dingy( we appreciated this) I used my blanket from home as my cover. We looked under the bed and there was a used Q-tip on the floor(gross). We had a problem with the thermostat, the room temperature was up to 84...

”Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

”VERY CLEAN, NICE STAFF BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON OUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT KIDS BANG AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN IN THE ROOM ABOVE US DURING THE NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING. BEST FREE BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER HAD. POOL OUT OF ORDER.”

”Lovely hotel. Rooms are a bit dated, but that is what makes it a charming hotel and stay. Staff was amazing and accommodating. 10 out of 10…. Will stay again!”

”The hotel shuttle made it super easy to go places without having to take your own vehicle since parking is rather difficult in Hot Springs.”

”Wonderfully maintained old world charming lodge (1920). Very private and quiet. Wonderful chef prepared multi course breakfast. Surrounded by beautiful grounds, shrubs, flowers, trees, and a fountain and waterfall out our window! Family owned and so friendly. Complementary snacks, drinks, coffee - very relaxing adults only place to stay!”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”Really spacious nice clean room. The separate bedroom and living area is great for traveling with family. Staff were really friendly and super helpful. The location was great and really close to downtown. Breakfast was great. The only issue was when we ordered dinner the first night we stayed. I felt the food was overpriced and it took a really long time to come out. However, I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.”
