”It was clean and a beautiful property. Breakfast was confusing as it wasn’t clearly marked, but the food was fantastic. All of the people we met were very friendly and helpful.
The only feedback I would suggest is to let people know that they will be waiting until 4 pm to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in because we were told to have a seat and we would be told when our rooms were ready. It was 3 hours later and several of us asked. We got checked in around 4:30 pm...

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”Breakfast was superb!!! They use fresh ingredients from their garden. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing with swings throughout the property. We will definitely stay at Hilltop Manor bed and breakfast the next time we visit Hot Springs!!”

”This is the cutest place I’ve ever stayed. We were looking to stay in downtown hot springs & found this place. It feels like you’re alone in the wildnesses in a cozy cabin. The room was clean & new. The bed was so comfortable & the sheets felt so clean. There was a kitchenette & AC with a fan. The private hot tub was delightful.
