”the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often”

”Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.”

At check in told NO HOT WATER and there waiting on a part and it will be 3 weeks without hot water. Offered 30% discount which is an insult!
By midnight after flying for day's and sitting 12 hours in Seattle, go to my room only because I am desperate for rest. The tolit wouldn't flush!!! The maintenance man couldn't find the itrmd to repair it. By 12:45 am I am asked if I want to move to another room.
I told tge front desk lady she was kibd, knowledgeable...
