    Exposed beams and heated hardwood floors are more glamorous with an oversize hot tub and two suites! After a day of skiing or hiking nearby, recharge in this wheelchair accessible 4BR/3.5BA home, complete with a gourmet kitchen. The downstairs is wheelchair accessible, with wide doors and halls and hand grab bars. The first floor was built to be completely wheelchair accessible.



    Create a memorable Lake Tahoe getaway indoors and out. Nearby casinos, shopping, trails, and resorts provide a plethora of activities to keep everyone entertained. Dining options are within 2 miles. The Angora Lake Hiking Trail begins nearby and lasts about 2-3 hours. The slopes of Sierra at Tahoe are 20 minutes away. Visit Shops at the Y, 5 minutes away. Win spending cash at Montbleu Resort's Casino.



    LIVING AREA



    The sunlit main living area offers seating on the sectional around the wood-burning fireplace. Relax by the 64in smart TV.



    KITCHEN & DINING



    The well-equipped kitchen offers three sinks, stainless steel appliances, a six-burner gas range, a gourmet coffee machine, and a three-seat island. Share meals at the dining table for 10.



    BED & BATH



    The primary suite has a queen bed and direct access to the hot tub and patio via French doors. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower with dual heads and a deep soaking tub. Upstairs, a second suite has a queen bed, walk-in closet, desk, and private deck access. The bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Across the hall, which is a bridge of sorts above the living area, are two guest bedrooms with queen beds, smart TVs, and mountain views. A shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.



    OUTDOOR AREA



    Relax by the fireplace on the patio. Fire up the gas grill or the hot tub jets! Pair mountain views with a drink at the wet bar.



    Things To Know



    Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



    WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.

Beautiful home

The house was gorgeous and well appointed. It was nice that each bedroom had a queen bed, perfect for a group of four siblings and their spouses. We built the original house on this lot in the 1960s and spent the time reminiscing. The dining table was perfect for our group. Great hot tub, and outside space.

We had a mixed group of adult couples and children under the age of 5. The home was well supplied and setup for comfort and together time.

1348 Mount Olympia South Lake Tahoe

This home is absolutely beautiful, especially in the winter. We stayed over Christmas and loved the home with a few exceptions. It's a spacious home, and feels like a true cabin, when we arrived the home was cold, the heater was locked a 66* per the owner's request. There was snow on the ground and roof with ice sickles hanging off the ledge, it was beautiful although really cold. There was no disclosure about the thermostat being locked so beware if you go in the winter! We tried to call Vacassa and only got their 24-hour line, they kept us on the hold for a long time and then we got disconnected and they did not call us back or send out a service technician. We had to go into town the next day to the property management office to get someone to address our concerns. The reception is really poor at the house out of 5 of us only one of us could get calls. The internet didn't work, and the outside fireplace never would turn on, they had to come out and light the pilot light when we were gone with no instructions on how to turn it on. The dishwasher had standing water and was not addressed by the service man that finally showed up. We never could figure out the expresso machine it's beautiful to look at. The upstairs hall bathroom sink would not drain, and the toilet chain repeatedly came off. This home is very cozy, and it is truly beautiful, it needs a little maintenance, and the owners need to disclose the fact that they are locking the thermostat.

Beautifull, Well- Appointed Cabin in convenient location!

The cabin was gorgeous and had so many amenities. The gourmet kitchen was very well-equipped. Bring whole coffee beans so you can take advantage of the built in Miele coffee maker! Beds were very comfortable and the radiant floor heat kept the cabin very comfortable without ever feeling stuffy. The neighborhood felt quiet and remote- but you are actually very close to town. There is a nice Raley's market and several good restaurants just a few minutes drive away. Only complaint is that there was a neighborhood dog using the backyard as a bathroom (snow was high enough for him to get over the fence) and the kids stepped in it a few times- but not the fault of the owners!

Beautiful Home Wheelchair Accessible

The home is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. For me, the main feature is that it is very wheelchair friendly with wide doors and lots of room to maneuver my power wheelchair. Each room was extremely clean and felt like home. I tried to think of something that was missing, but the home is perfect and we are anxious to return.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We loved our stay at this home! So beautiful and so much room. Quiet area located close to town. Only complaint is the lack of curtains and convincing the kids it's night time so they go to bed...and trying to shower or change without being seen visibly from the neighbors homes. Although I didn't like that part, the house is seriously so warm and spacious and beautiful that I would return and look forward to another stay. The kids also thought the "bridge" inside the home was amazing :-) Thanks for sharing your home :-)

Great stay!

We had a great time visting South Lake Tahoe. The house was so well equipped with everything we would need, esp. in the kitchen, I was so impressed. It was nice to have two master suites and our family enjoyed sitting outside for dinner and walks on the nearby trail. We would stay again.

Gorgeous Cabin Living

We had a small family reunion and the house was absolutely stunning! We felt as though we had rented out a boutique hotel. My children especially loved the bridge upstairs. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Check-in was extremely simple. We look forward to renting this place again!

Fantastic Cabin in Angora Hills

This property is beautiful, inside and out. The layout of the house is amazing, the kitchen a dream, and easy accessible location. I have two complaints. The first has been addressed above, the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable. However, it looks like this is being addressed, the garage had stacks of new mattresses toppers. Just not yet installed for our stay. The second, the rules! The rules are clearly stated on the listing and rental agreement which is totally acceptable. I was fine with the guidelines, and boundaries set by both the homeowner, and local HOA’s. However, their is SO MUCH signage all over the house reminding you of these rules, and fines!!! I get it, I read it, I signed it. I’m in the hot tub trying to relax and I can’t because I’m scared to death by the large sign saying “$1000 fines, with out warning for excessive noise, or after hours usage” The signs are everywhere, which only lead to an unwelcome feeling in the house. The house is so beautiful, and so well equipped. Without this signage I would have felt so welcomed, which is what you can tell the homeowner wants! The signs seems to be placed by the property management company. Other than that. This house was truly spectacular! Thank you to the family that entrusts us to stay there and enjoy your space.

We had a great time

We were hesitant about traveling with everything going on, but we made the right choice. The house was very clean and you could find everywhere thoughtful details. The property has it all. They have thought about everything you could need while traveling to make you feel at "home". Our family had a very relaxing and beautiful time.

Family relaxing weekend

My siblings and I wanted a safe, comfortable place to relax and spend time with eachother during these crazy times and this house was a hit. The kitchen was the best part. My family loves to cook and this kitchen had everything we needed plus the open layout made it so enjoyable. The outdoor fire place was a perfect spot to chill for morning coffee or happy hour. The Jacuzzi was clean, nice and hot and we enjoyed relaxing and looking at the stairs at night. We Loved, loved the layout of the home. We all kept saying everything is exactly where you need it to be. The only negative was that the beds were horrible at one point my husband and I contemplated sleeping on the couch. Everyone including my 8year old nephew woke up sore. Overall, we were sad to leave and would return.

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a family vacation and a couple days of skiing at Heavenly. The house is beautiful with an open floor-plan but also with a cozy TV room off the main area. The beds were very comfortable and each of our kids liked having their own room. It's a bit of a drive to South Lake Tahoe, but the amount of space inside the house for the price made it well worth it. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing home with beautiful open space. There were two master bedrooms. One in each floor and two living rooms that gave my friends and I enough space and the kitchen and dining room were the perfect place to entertain. The house had everything we could need. There’s a beautiful trail that’s walking distance. The house is a10-15 minute drive to Pope beach and there’s a place where you can rent bikes and ride along the trail they have there. We did end up having a serviceman come by when we first arrived but he was extremely friendly and gave us tips on where to go in the area. Would definitely book this Airbnb again.

There is no other place like it, and I have stayed all over. The staff is also wonderful, anything is immediately attended to, I adore Shawn for his friendliness and attention to anything that we needed, he got there quickly to address a minor item. The homeowner has spared no expense and Turnkey does a great job.

House is beautiful with pretty woodwork inside and out. It's very spacious and all 8 of us (4 couples) felt we were able to relax and not feel cramped. There's a great little tv room for anyone who wants to chill and nap too. We were able to use the hot tub and it was perfect. The location of the house is also great for anyone who wants to ski/snowboard at Heavenly. I'm docking two stars off for lack of working amenities and customer service. We booked this house because of the indoor/outdoor fireplace, large kitchen, and outdoor grill. You can imagine our disappointment when we arrived and the indoor fireplace wasn't working, instead spewing smoke into the living room. I contacted TurnKey immediately and they said they would send someone over the following morning to check it out. I then went through and looked at reviews and saw the fireplace had been an issue since back in 2017! Why would they boast this home had a fireplace if they knew it was broken? The following day, no one arrived. I got a text message that they were unable to fix the fireplace. I texted back that no one had even come to the house and they just kept texting sorry the fireplace won't be fixed during our stay. I called the help line and they said they were on it, yet I was still getting text messages saying the fireplace was broken. Then we tried using the outdoor fireplace. It too wasn't working! I called the helpline (total I called 7 times over the three-day trip, plus countless text messages) and they said they were going to reach out to the local technician and get back to me. An hour goes by, and nothing. I call back and the new rep I speak with says that the previous rep had put in a ticket for the indoor fireplace and it was broken. I said yes, I know that, but we are calling about the outdoor fireplace. She put in another ticket, this time it worked and someone showed up to fix it. The outdoor fireplace was quite nice. Additionally, one of the the burners on the stove was broken and so was the grill ( it didn't heat up all the way). I did get a text from TurnKey saying they are going to compensate us for the fireplace, but we'll see... Although the home was beautiful and we had a fun weekend, I will not be booking this home again and I'm very hesitant to ever book through VRBO/Turnkey again.

We had one minor problem with the heating unit, and they had a team out there to repair and brought in space heaters for my small children. The area is great, low traffic, close to a Raley's. You can just check in, and really never have to leave if you don't want. But you are still very close to Stateline for a quick bite or the arcade for the kids too. Management really takes every concern seriously and responds so quickly, they even helped us bring in firewood to heat up the house quickly.
