”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Location is great, but we arrived late having booked for three people and there were only beds set up and towels for two. One of the PowerPoints was faulty and gave my daughter a bad electric shock, and the beds were not very comfortable.”

”I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.”

”Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling.
