”This hotel was superb. The staff, the room, the outstanding food quality, the location (literally right at the Kruger gate), and the ambiance were first-class. We watched elephants and hippos from the pool deck (don’t worry—there is a fence). Highly recommend!”

”We loved our stay in the hotel, its a new hotel, clean and good facilities, loved the Spa and communal pool areas. Beautiful views across the mountains. Room was very comfortable with a lovely spacious en suite. Staff were always very helpful.”

”We were warmly greeted by a young female member of staff.. helped us get luggage to the room. Nothing like a smile from people to make a great first impression. Room was good. Aircon didn’t work but weather was cool anyway Breakfast was really great and made so by happy staff. ”

”The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. ”
