”This was a fun stay with a safari feel, but there wasn't much game watching in this residential Eco Estate. This stay was in winter and the tents were cold, although sleeping was fine with electric blankets. However, all of the staff were very accommodating and the food was good, especially the breakfasts.”

”We had a very large canvas tent with multiple rooms and a thatched roof. The bed was very comfortable and netted to keep out flying critters.The front balcony overlooked a savanna type landscape where animal viewing is certainly possible, though we only saw them on our game drive. Very tasty buffet options were provided at dinner and breakfast. There are two game drives per day, with the morning drive shortly after sunrise.The game drive was surprisingly eventful as we saw 6 young lions behaving...

”Vorweg muss man sagen: Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter. 20 Grad, Sturm und etwas Regen erwartet man einfach im Sommer nicht. Auf den Games Drives haben wir z.T. gefroren… Aber wir haben Löwen mit Jungen gesehenen, was absolut toll war, und ein Black Rhino, was wirklich sehr selten ist. Aber ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass wir doch von Timbavati Gebiet etwas enttäuscht waren.
