”This is a stunning boutique experience. Pricey but the suite was sensational. Our only bugbear was the high tech light switches which took some getting used to and the light motion sensors which were erratic. Otherwise quiet, luxurious, spacious, stunning views and super friendly/professional staff.”

Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. ”

”Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. ”
