”Staff was very helpful and accomadating on 2 issues..My room air/heat unit was malfunctioning and they changed my room and helped me move all of my luggage without me asking. 2. My reservation through Expedia was made for 1 night but i thought i made it fir 2. They called me when i was out sightseeing on my 2nd day to tell my about this situation and it was resolved over the phone. No.hassels!!”

”2 night stay. Convenient to commute between Salem and Rockport. Our apartment was 2 bedroom as we travel with our adult son. Its hard to find suites that are not just a pull out sofa in the Livingroom area. We did not use the stove or dishwasher. ”It is an excellent restoration of a very old building. It was hard to carry suitcases up the steep stairs and the hours the desk was open is very constricted. The room was excellent and cleanliness was super.With the restaurant on main floor it was very quiet in our room as we had to go to sleep early due to early AM departure.”
