”The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. ”I was not aware of the $100 hold or parking fee until I arrived. I was under the impression that the parking was free at this location. Im glad I did have the extra money for the $100. That should be added to the hotel information”

”Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area.”

”The availability of the small cafe and bar was closed twice due to technical issues with cash register which was inconvenient. I booked with a third party and wanted to extend and she said she couldn’t and I would have to call third party Did not offer me ability for a new reservation but attendant took a while to understand I wanted a new reservation.”

”It's motel, so not so much to expect. Room: Beds were big and comfy. Sheets and towels were clean. Wifi was good. Room look old and maybe needs little repairs. We stayed 4 nights with no problems. Staff on the front was helpfull. Breakfast wasn't big, only pancakes, eggs, bread, cereals and coffee/juice/tee.”

”My bed was infested with roaches although it appeared to be clean and made up. The room had a roach infestation. Apart from that, the rooms looked renovated, modern and good looking for the price.”

”Hotel room reeked of alcohol and cigarettes. There was a completely naked boy standing on the balcony when I pulled up to park. Someone kept banging on my hotel door late at night. I did not feel safe. Hotel advertised that breakfast was provided when booking. However, when went to the lobby for breakfast I was told the hotel stopped serving breakfast months ago.”

”The food was very good and the evening “snacks” were really robust and easily made a dinner. The free happy hour was also an really nice, generous perk. Our only concern was the cleaning of the room was not very detailed. Trash from take out and an empty bottle of wine was left by the trash can and we were there for six days and the beds were made but the sheets weren’t changed. Other than that we had a lovely stay and the staff was helpful and friendly.”
