”New buildinf, clean room, wonderful neighborhood. One thing I'd suggest is, if you let room door close, it makes a big sound, waking up everyone in the room and other rooms. And shower tub is so slippery; it would be good to add something to prevent slippery.”

”The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin.”

”It's motel, so not so much to expect. Room: Beds were big and comfy. Sheets and towels were clean. Wifi was good. Room look old and maybe needs little repairs. We stayed 4 nights with no problems. Staff on the front was helpfull. Breakfast wasn't big, only pancakes, eggs, bread, cereals and coffee/juice/tee.”

We were honestly surprised at the value -- the room rate included bar food and cocktails at night, breakfast in the morning, and free parking. The room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bed was too soft for us. Apparently the hotel had upgraded all of its beds to a pillow-top of some kind, but we prefer very firm beds due to our age and back issues.
