”The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well. The room smelled strongly of wet dog. ”The food was very good and the evening “snacks” were really robust and easily made a dinner. The free happy hour was also an really nice, generous perk. Our only concern was the cleaning of the room was not very detailed. Trash from take out and an empty bottle of wine was left by the trash can and we were there for six days and the beds were made but the sheets weren’t changed. Other than that we had a lovely stay and the staff was helpful and friendly.”

”Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area.”
