”Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”

”We had a great 3 night stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Prayagraj! The rooms were spacious and comfy. The food at restaurants onsite, including the brunch, was excellent. One thing they should improve on is the service at the restaurant - it was very slow. Probably they need more chefs. We will come back again and highly recommend this centrally-located hotel.”

”The staff at the this hotel is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in was very smooth and easy. The room was ready when I arrived. The room is very spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress and clean sheets. Bathroom was also very clean, enough towels and toiletries. Overall very good experience.”

”This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. Toilets and bathrooms were well maintained and clean, and towels and toiletries are provided by the hotel. Hot water was available throughout the day. Breakfast which is good is available in the...

”Worst dormitory ever seen - fake picture ...no bed given as shown in the picture. poor quality of mattress (in fact it is just a plastic foam, not even matrass). bath room is worst. Do not recommended this for family stay.”
