”It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.”

”Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. ”

Great communication with property owner (Payton) who even responded late into the afternoon about television. Our family traveled to US from Europe and were so impressed with the accommodations. ”On call and needing to be close to the hospital, it was a true joy to be located so close. Approx two block walk to Seattle children’s, met market, and other amenities. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Pristine clean and spacious unit. Nice tv with apps ready to go. Strong internet. Charger with multiple plugs in the bedroom. All the things that make a stay absolutely easy breezy. Will stay again. ”
