”Bueno, pero esperaba mucho más para ser un hotel recién abierto! Mejoras en proceso que bloquean el acceso a algunos lugares y las puestas de la habitación no aíslan el sonido del exterior! Restaurante caro y poca calidad.”

”Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check.”

”Although I had a bit of trouble checking in, I contacted the staff, and they were very helpful and cooperative. The place looked new and freshly painted, but the room was very small for two people.”

It was hot in the room and you couldnt adjust the thermostat, it was cooler in the hallways! Other than that it was okay would I return ehh probably not”

”We arrived the night of our check-in date and were notified there was no power at the hotel, but that it would be back around 2 am. We had noticed everyone else had power but they told us that it was their transformer that had messed up. We took it and went to bed. Mind you, they do not have any generators. We woke up the next morning and there was still no power. We went down to ask when the power would be back and we were told about another hour. Once again, we let time pass and still no...

”Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well.”

”The location is a restaurant first, public beach second and a hotel third. The free parking is very limited and hotel staff will lie and say you can park outside the hotel when you will get a parking ticket and they won’t take responsibility.”

”The place itself is fantastic! It is close to Old San Juan and all of its historical spots and landmarks. The hotel is clean, safe, and even luxurious for the price. A winebar/restaurant is next door, connected to the hotel for added convenience. The ONLY reason I do not give it 5 stars (for Reference, i stayed one night) is that the staff is not readily available at the front desk. However, they have a sign to reach them directly thru WhatsApp and they are very responsive when you send them...
