”Omg yessss!!! Book it!! The staff is super friendly. Rooms are super clean and cozy. There’s a whole car museum and taste food hall that’s has amazing food and affordable attached to the hotel. The car exhibit is free. There’s also shopping stores inside as well. It’s a little out from the city but nothing super crazy. I think it was worth it. Would definitely stay again. ”

”The room was tidy and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel is a bit off from the centre around the EU area, there's a good and free tram connection that takes you to the centre in 15 minutes.”

”The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, nice landscaping and the view of the lake is amazing, it might look even better during the summer months. I f you need a getaway from the city’s busy life that’s your place! Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional, always happy to provide any help customers may need. I didn’t have a pet but I met many clients with their dogs. ”

”Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon in top Zustand. Das Frühstück wurde an einem Morgen alternativ in der angrenzenden Bäckerei angeboten und war sehr umfangreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

”Superb furnishing in the room. Amazing quality linens and towels. Good strong shower-head. Had difficulty lowering the temperature, the room is not fitted with air conditioning but at least you can open the window ajar to get a breath of fresh air. Huge bed. Very comfy! Staff in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming; the reception staff were a bit off-hand but we stayed at a holiday weekend so I suppose their tempers were a little frayed.”

”Loistohotelli, ylitti täysin odotukset! Erinomainen palvelu, kaikki tärkeimmät nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet, jos ei halua kävellä. Myös Trier Süd-juna-asema n. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, josta pääsee kätevästi Luxemburgiiin vähän alle tunnissa. Aamiainen runsas ja siellä myös hyvä palvelu. Hotellissa on myös saunaosasto, jota en valitettavasti testannut, koska lapset eivät saaneet tulla sine (ikäraja 18 vuotta). Hotellin yhteydessä myös ravintola, jota emme myöskään...

”It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well...

”Peaceful hotel with friendly staff. On our visit the restaurant was closed and there was no other restaurant on walking distance, so that's a bit problem. Also there was only few staff members present - very friendly staff, but seems a bit over worked. Room was very comfortable and clean.”
