The 4 BHK is based on concept is The combination of Moonflower and Morning star The selection of concept is based on blended moon & sun based on Kailash Mansarovar. Not only it feels like home. It also inspire to Live, Love, Hope & Dream.


Why Moonflower & Morning Star?
Moonflower depicts a vitalizing environment & morning star represents newness. A reflection of these qualities created a space that facilitate its resident to indulge in their own thinking. Our daily lives & how we as a person are evolving every day. The night of reflecting upon self and mornings with refreshing energy to take on with your life chores. The location of project also allowed that approach as it is located close to the lakeside Palava offering widespread views feeling the expansion evoking new thoughts. An Idea that sweeps you into coolness & cosiness of a vitalising energy, from a cosy earthy feel to place of brightness & new thoughts. All custom designed work made the basis of planning for a fresh look. We kept the selection of our material & colours. We kept the pastel cool colours with a rustic country style feel and following the moonlit colour tones. Also the lighting selected reflect a rustic golden day feel of classy home. The rustic look of the place and hues of blue and peach with a touch of whiteness makes it a spark of the night and truly speaks of the moonflower that needs the dark to grow and blossom.

We as individual has a story of dark times which has helped us grow and blossom, we encourage the people staying here to reflect on their lives and grow knowing the progress they have made and are making each day of their lives.

The warmth of the place with a combination of yellow and wooden textures and walls painted in morning glory colour makes a place for the new start.

The morning star actually is planet Venus, but just before the sunrise it is still visible in the sky. It also represents significance of an object that is harbinger of light. With that intention and the presence of Kailash Mansarovar within the room the design aims it is to bring the new energy from within you. Reaching new heights in your life and be ready for it.

The place is very close 15 minutes drive to Experia Mall Palawa with movies, shopping, games , shopping experience at the same time very close to nature with water falls , Shiv temple and lonawala Pune - Mumbai express highway ( 20 minutes drive). Perfect stay for family who want to stay close to city with in 30 minutes drive but same time escape from city buzz.
