The room was very good, housekeeping staff was prompt and clean.
Front desk staff was cold. No Good mornings, no pleasant faces. Did what was asked if help needed with stone blank face. need pleasant faces.
When we were checking out, they never even asked us how our stay was or offered helpers with our bags.
WIFI, internet services are poor.
Very good spread for breakfast. Restaurant staff was courteous. Restaurant need to be treated for Roaches. While eating we saw roaches walking on the floor and on the last day there was a large roach on the bowl of onions.
Room service food was very good. hot food with a generous portion and discount on every meal. that was good.
unlike other hotels, we did not have workers coming running behind us everyday for tips.
