”Great staff and excellent amenities. Front desk communication may need some improvement.”

”Hotel was very nice and tidy. Service couldn't be better! Rooftop terrance and pool was a perfect getaway from the hectic city life. Downstairs chinese restaurant had great food with ok prices - one of the top restaurants in the city! Also breakfast is worth taking! Would totally recommend this hotel for Chennai visitors. Location is ok and you can easily get a riksha or a cab from the street when going out.”

”The public areas of the hotel are extremely well air conditioned and thus cold. This seems to be a trend in the better hotels in India. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. There isn’t much to complain about ”

”Clean and well maintained”

”The location was very convenient. Excellent hotel but I paid the price for amenities like the pool and the gym. we couldn't use the pool as it was under long term repairs and the gym felt a little congested. But for someone who is not looking for extra facilities I would highly recommend this hotel.”

”Everything I like here”

”breakfast included the food was great”

”While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it.”

”Bathroom door was broken. Not enough towels.”

”Clean room and helpful staff”

”The location was excellent. Staff and rooms were great, the breakfast basic but filling and tasty”

”As mentioned when I was checking out, there always a sewage odor in the bathroom. It was worse in the morning when you entered to take a shower because the bathroom door was closed the whole night. There is no exhaust in the washroom.”
