Un hotel nuevo y con buen desayuno a 1/2 hora de Munich en metro. No puedo valorarlo excelente porque un día no hicieron la habitación por error, y no tuvieron ni un gesto de disculpa, lo que indica un servicio al cliente mejorable.

Dont go there if your flight is cancelled and you want to eat dinner. We showed up at 9pm. Front desk said kitchen is open for 40 more minutes. So, we immediately went to the bar (restaurant was closed). After waiting 15 minutes for staff to acknowledge us, i flagged down a young lady and told her we would like to eat. She handed me ywo menus and went behind the bar and poured some drinks. I eventually let her know that when she was done I was ready to order. In the interim my wife went to the room to see if room service was available and faster (neither to both). After about another ten minutes the young lady finished with her drinks. When i told her what we wanted she said the kitchen was closed. FYI: it was still earlier than the listed closing time.

Vermutlich weil ich Silver Status habe, habe ich ein Zimmer im 6.Stock bekommen..Ich hatte diese Buchung über ein Portal gebucht und musste feststellen, daß dieses Hotel keinerlei Kulanz gelten lässt...Meine Veranstaltung in Garching wurde storniert, so daß ich angefragt hatte, ob ich ggf. stornieren, ober zumindest umbuchen könnte...Die Aussage war: Da Sie über ein Portal gebucht haben, wars das schon PS: Der Barkeeper hat keine Ahnung von Alc. freien Bier....

Das Hotel (inkl. Personal) war super, sehr sauber und das Frühstücks Büffet auch toll. Ausserdem waren die Betten und die Kissen auch sehr bequem. Nur ist das Hotel leider sehr abgelegen und und es gab auch keine Gastronomie in der Nähe

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel mit geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichteten Zimmern. Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Auf zweimaliges Nachfragen und Hinweis auf Beschwerde bei der Hotel Leitung wurde es sofort wieder hergestellt. Eine nachts überlaute Lüftung wurde auf Nachfragen sofort korrigiert. Wenn man dies berücksichtigt, dann kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Angefangen vom Zimmer, das sehr modern und gepflegt war. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. In die Stadt fährt man mit der U-Bahn 30 Minuten.

At check in, I was not informed about wifi, breakfast hours, whether breakfast was included with the room, or where to find the elevator. I also did not receive an offer to help with my bags. I thought the staff could have been friendlier at both check in and check out. The signage around the property could have been better. The hotel is in the middle of a complex and it would have been helpful to have some signs pointing to the hotel entrance. It would have been nice for the property to have a discount deal with the parking garage. When I checked out, I mentioned a small problem with the room (shower drain cover was loose). I could tell this was going to be ignored. I also wanted to check out of 1 of 2 rooms I had booked and was told that they wanted to do them at the same time. I had checked out of 1 of 2 rooms at other hotels during the trip. This was an exception. There was no “sorry for the inconvenience” expressed. The room was clean. The hotel was well maintained.
