Vierailu Kuninkaallisessa hotellissa
Kokonaiskokemuksemme oli erittäin hyvä. Saimme up-greidatun huoneiston standard- huoneen sijaan, mistä olimme hyvin iloisia. Siisteys ja sänkyjen nukkumismukavuus (2 tyynyvaihtoehtoa) oikein hyvät. Kivaa oli myös hyvän kokoinen jääkaappi. Ainut, mistä pieni miinus, oli ilmastoinnin heikohko toiminta. Respan työntekijät ( 10.-11.7)olivat iloisia ja ammattitaitoisia, kiitos heille! Lyhyt matka rautatieasemalle oli ehdoton plussa aamulennolle lähdettäessä.

Hyvä sijainti keskustassa. Hotellin yleiset tilat pienet. Muutama sohva, respa ja kahvila missä tarjoiltiin aamiainen. Syötiin aamiainen kerran, oli ihan hyvä, ei valittamista, mutta hintava. Huoneessa espressokone ja jääkaappi, joten syötiin aamupalaa omassa huoneessa. Huone pienehkö, mutta ihan riittävä. Kylpyhuone oli hyvä. Pieni suihkukoppi, mutta kätevä kun kylpyhuone ei kastu suihkussa käydessä. Suihku oli erittäin hyvä. Sängyt erittäin hyvät myös. Olisi voinut olla enemmän tyynyjä. Huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ratikat menivät ikkunan alta ja kuului ihmisten ääniä, mutta ei omaa unta häirinnyt. Henkilökunta ihan ystävällistä, tosin vastaanotto olisi voinut olla ystävällisempikin. Tullessa sanoivat vain "onko kysyttävää" eivätkä kertoneet mitään perusasioita hotellista niin kuin yleensä tehdään, mikä vähän yllätti. Siisti ja omaa silmää miellyttävä sisustus. Huoneessa kokolattiamatto. Hinta-laatu suhde hyvä ainakin itselle, joten voin suositella.

Recomedable hotel in the heart of Munich!
Very, very friendly and good service at the front desk! Well located hotel close to the railway station. Hotel was clean and the room big enough for the purpose. An other very important thing, since outside was 33°C, was that it had Air-Conditioning

Todella hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnills
Kings hotelli First oli remontissa, joten maijoituimme tien toisella puolella olevaan Advastay King ja saimme aivan loistavan huoneen 6.kerroksesta kahdella erillisellä makuuhuoneella , olohuoneelle ja isolla terassilla. Huone oli tosiaan hyvä ja toimiva. Aamupala tilattiin joka aamuksi erikseen tehdyllä lapulla ja se toimitettiin oven taakse aamulla. Se oli mukava itse valita mitä kulloinkin halusi aamulla syödä. Sijainti oli loistava aivan Münchenin keskustassa ja henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Short stay in Munich. Location was excellent. Near dowtown, but relatively quiet and peaceful street. Nice restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Hotel was clean, the wooden decor was unique and staff were pleasant.

Our room is spacious enough for 2 pax. Our room is quiet, clean and beds are comfortable. All the staff we encountered are polite and friendly. Breakfast is western continental. They helped us call a taxi. The location is perfect for us. It is close to Radius Tour, Western Union and Tourist Information. Would recommend this hotel. wifi could be better have been better. And it would be great if the hotel can give some head up on which Exit to use to get out of Central Station to the hotel. If you knew the Exit, then the hotel is just 4 mins walk from Central.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, very convenient location. Only minor criticisms are could use some USB ports in the room instead of just old-fashioned plug sockets and seemed to be short-staffed, especially in the bar area - reception staff frequently having to step away from desk to serve drinks etc.

Relatively close to Munich's "Old Town," this is a pleasant, moderately priced and clean hotel. The staff is accommodating. The bathroom is clean but small. The rooms need usb outlets for charging devices. On the whole, we would stay there again for a night or two.

I was so surprised how much we liked this hotel. The room was spacious, the staff excellent, and the breakfast was amazing. Such a quick walk from the train station. I would stay again if I ever found myself needing a room in Munich.

A little out of the way if you are a tourist looking to see the city on foot. Close to the train station. Room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good for the price (€10). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, beautiful lobby and room. The location is close to the old town, but walking through the nearby park felt a bit unsafe.

Clean hotel room, and very good sound proofing since our room faces the street. An easy walk to the main train station, and a few blocks away are nice supermarkets to pickup breakfast or food.While the area can seem sketchy to people who aren't familiar with Munich, it's very safe and clean. Overall recommend it for an affordable, clean, and centrally located hotel.
