Happy with hotel in every respect, except that there weren’t many good restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel. ‘Cooking Yu’ (Chinese) was an exception and we had a great meal there. Fratelli (Italian) at the end of the street was also nice but was very small and the night we went had ‘run out of pasta’, so we had to have pizzas.

Sehr freundliches Team. Sehr sauber! Ein kleines Manko (darum nur 4 Sterne bei Zustand): Für große Personen mit Partnerin ist ein Queensize-Bett (160 cm breit) zu schmal. Es wäre sehr angenehm, wenn auch Betten mit wenigstens 180 cm Breite angeboten werden könnten; aber vielleicht haben wir das übersehen. Ansonsten rund herum zufrieden.

Einzigartig umgesetztes Flair im Rio - Dschungel Design. Besonders witzig sind die Schaukeln. Angenehmes Lichtkonzept mit den LED Leisten. Die modernen Fotodekore im Bad und Küchenzeile mega toll! Das BESTE mal ein Hotel wo tatsächlich überall stabil das WLAN funktioniert. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Eine tolle gemeimsame, lockere, gesellige, Atmosphäre im Bar/ Frühstücksbereich, die automatisch auf die vielfältig internationalen Gäste übergreifend wirkt. Fast wirklich wie in Rio. Das macht das Ganze zu einem außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt. Danke. Unbedingt wieder. Für mich einziges Manko die extrem urbane Umgebung. Wir hatten unsern Hund mit. Da war Gassi gehen zwischen den benachbarten Firmen, Chinesische Botschaft, Krankenhaus mit hohen, Videoüberwachten Zäunen, alles Grau in Stahl und Beton, der einzige schmale Grünstreifen dazwischen, der von allen Hunden der Umgebung genutzt wird sehr unheimlich. Auch wenn das Hotel Hundefreubdlich ist, die Umgebung gibtbes nicht her. Man ist auch sehr lange Unterwegs um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bestellservice in der Nähe sind ganz gut. ANBINDUNG mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut.

Väldigt trevligt hotell. Bra service och trevlig personal. Bra frukost med väldigt gott bröd! Rummen bra med extra mycket tekniska roliga nyttoprylar! Bluetooth ljudanläggning i badrums spegeln och i nattduksbordet som även hade trådlös Qi laddare. Tv med chromecast. Även kök med micro, spis och diskmaskin. Ett hotell jag kommer att bo fler gånger på, kan rekommenderas.

The rooms were clean and quite spacious, with good and practical solutions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The S-Bahn/ train station is also just 3 minutes away.

Great place to stay in Munich.
Great hotel, friendly staff, location handy to subway and sbahn, and healthy and tasty breakfast. Parking is available at cost but parking can be challenging. Enjoyed the option to be able to open the window in the room and their environmental awareness.

Location; proximity to transportation options and grocery stores, quiet, safety, parking Friendly staff Room was stylish and decently furnished. Nice and big TV (most/all channels are German nonetheless) Spacious bathroom Excellent blackout window shades Good AC - Uncomfortable bed; mattress too thin. - Room service every three days, allegedly for environmental conservation reasons (would have been better to clean the rooms daily without changing/washing the sheets)

La struttura è recente e molto bene tenuta. C’è un negozio di alimentari vicino e la stazione del treno e della metro sono a pochi passi. Il personale è molto gentile è sempre a disposizione. Sicuramente un ottima e comoda sistemazione.

Ds Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwachslungsreicher sein. Vor dem Hotel konnten wir kostenfrei parken. Die Nähe zur SBahn ist super. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es war wie ein zweites Zuhause. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Sehr praktische, moderne Einrichtung und VIVA la Brasilia hat nicht gefehlt. I loved it. 2 Empfehlungen: 1. Bildet Euer Personal besser aus, damit sie ihre Aufgaben gut verstehen, auch die Reinigungskräfte. Sie waren super freundlich, allesamt, wussten aber nicht immer genau Ihren Aufgabenbereich. 2. Schafft die Nespresso Maschinen ab, da kompliziert zu bedienen und die Kaffee-Dinger nicht nachhaltig sind und zuviel Rohstoff verschwendet wird (Alu). Ansonsten, freue ich mich sehr Euch wiederzusehen. Lieben Dank.

Schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer - aussergewöhnlich! Die Küchenzeile war perfekt ausgestattet mit Microwelle und Spülmaschine. Es war ruhig und angenehm und wir kommen gelegentlich gerne wieder.

Super mit S- oder U-Bahn zu erreichen. Hotel ist stylisch und passend zu Rio eingerichtet. 15€ für den Hund sind absolut okay & normal, jedoch wäre es schön einen Hundenapf auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Sauberkeit im Zimmer aufjedenfall verbesserungsfähig (Haare im Bett und in jedem Handtuch), verschmierte Fronten an Küche und Schränken, alte Schokolade?! auf der Fernbedienung, Badinnentüre definitiv auch länger nicht geputzt). Zusätzlich hat der gestellte Seifenspender einen hänger und beim Hände waschen duscht man fast mit. Frühstück war in Ordnung, haben unsere Teller selbst abräumen müssen um wieder Platz zu haben.

Brutally taken out of my sleep
Nice place, but since I had been brutally taken out of my sleep at 9.00 in the morning (26.11.) by cleaning staff who knocked on my door penetrantly for no reason as well as not having received any response on my Email about the matter, I can not recommend this place. Whatever, my sleeping in, the whole purpose of this stay was annihilated by useless and senseless actions by staff. Front desk did not know why this happened. They offered me breakfast for compensation but I declined, I am not having breakfasts. I asked them what else they could do and they had no idea what to respond. No reaction to my question. So I had two very annoying problems. First I had a rough wakeup. Second, staff could not handle it. It is a pity because I like your place, but not the waking up.
