”We had an unforgettable stay at Waterfront by Palmyra! We spent two nights in this peaceful, calm, and beautifully quiet property – an ideal getaway for families looking to unwind. A special shoutout to Charles and his wife for their warm hospitality and the absolutely delicious food that made our stay even more memorable. ”The reception staff was very friendly. However the room was a disappointment. There was not toilet paper, the sheets were dirty and stained. I had to use a towel on the bottom sheet and slept in my clothes. I booked for two nights and stayed one night and checked out. The location was nice very close to the beach and local restaurants. I would not recommend staying here. ”

Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless. Other minor problems: Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it. Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door. Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool.
