About 200 meters from the house is a small square lined with restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a newsstand, a deli, a pharmacy, and various shops that will make your summer evenings even more enjoyable.
300 meters away is a large pedestrian area where, two days a week, a colorful open-air market takes place—a place where you can find local foods and wines, as well as many other items.

In Costa Rei, there are three small squares surrounded by restaurants and various bars. One of these, Piazzetta Rei Marina, is within walking distance—just 200 meters away.
The other two, Piazza Italia and Piazza Sardegna, are a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away.

If you’d like to visit the beautiful beaches of Porto Giunco, Campu Longu, and Punta Molentis in Villasimius, they’re just a half-hour drive away.

If you decide to visit the regional capital, Cagliari—a stunning, must-see city—you’ll get there in 50 minutes, provided you avoid rush hour.
