”I booked last minute due to travel and digital check in and getting to my room was super easy. Had a communication via text from staff if any questions arose. Overall hotel was nice and clean and would stay again. Breakfast did not start till 7am which felt late to a Saturday compared to other hotels I have stayed in.”

”False advertising. The rooms are not suites. They call them suites because the rooms can connect, but their rooms do not have a separate door to the bedroom. Room doesn’t come with coffee machine, you have to ask for it. Everyone in the hotel is expected to use 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby that take a while to work. ”

”The room was very clean and quiet. Parking lot well lit and safe. Aldi’s is right across the parking lot”

”Tub would not drain adequately and would fill up with hair. Gross! Had used shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of full ones. Was NOT clean! Beds were very hard and small! Only full sized beds instead of queens! ”

”There was feces on the bathroom door. The breakfast was pitiful. The only thing hot was the self serve waffles. Building as a whole is run down. ”

”3 day stay and tried to leave after 1 night. never found hot coffee. my room didn't have Wi-Fi, tv didnt work, 60% of the lights didnt work, no shampoo, shower head was barely hanging on, beds sheets dirty. After accepting all the bs, i only cared about the wife as it was a work stay. I felt threatened by the staff for asking. I was never able to get Wi-Fi and asked two days in a row when asking, and recorded for my safety, the manager took the phone from the front desk and went in the office...
