My husband has lung cancer and cannot climb the stairs. I was told we would have to take a double on the first floor, I asked if I would get a refund for the difference in prices and she stated no because there is a king available on the second floor. The hot tub was very warm but had no jets so the little kids basically used it as a warmer version of the pool.
