”The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

”Very easy access to the highway, and a perfect place to spend our time when we were not at Bonnaroo! Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Shower was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

”Accidentally left an item in the room upon departure. Called back the same day, then numerous times the next two days. Told someone would check with housekeeping and call back. Never received a call back. The last front desk individual I spoke with was belligerent and offered no help claiming they were too busy. This is certainly less than expected at a Wyndham property.”

”Ended our trip a day early due to room dirty liquor bottles all over room we had children with us also there was no internet no tv and the pool was closed which wasent listed on website and one of the reason we choose this hotel staff was rude didn’t even try to help the situation asked 3 different employees to remove the open liquor bottles and still the day we ended up leaving they were still in the room the ice machine on our floor was broken was not a good vacation at all exapecially having...

”What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work....
