”We had to wait literally 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We called the "800" number to ring the front desk while standing there and still no one. Finally, a young man emerged from somewhere down the hall. While we were checking in "later," it was only 8:30-9:00pm. Weird! Then, we got to our room and as soon as we turned on the lamp....the power to the entire room went out. Weird again! We moved rooms...no issues changing, but this room had a bad odor (like urine). ”Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not protein options. Pool was closed for maintenance which was also disappointing Bcus my toddler was looking forward to swimming in it. For a one night stay it was decent overall ”

”Signage needs fixing. Drove by hotel and spent 15 mins in circles in a housing area near hotel driveway. Big sign was out of view up in the air 50 ft or more. Good for highway visability, bad at eye level trying to find hotel which was located out of sight after turning onto Sky road. Bad experience.”

”We got a room next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The air conditioner kept turning off and we woke in the middle of the night extremely stuffy and warm. It was quite challenging to get a temperature that was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Not too impressed with this hotel.”

”Room was clean and the hotel is in a good location near downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Its a older hotel with rooms entered from the outside. Great for a one night stay.”
