”We had the best stay at the Courtyard Inn! When I booked I didn’t realize it was a bed and breakfast and only had 5 rooms. It was amazingly quiet inside and out. We sat on the balcony at night and just relaxed in the peace and quiet of nature. A homemade breakfast was served each morning, and the host also made a homemade cake and brownies while we were there. ”

The town itself is a lovely reminder of what the Gold Country was like in the late 1800s with lots of old buildings along a main street. ”The house was very nice and bigger than the pictures indicate. Location to town was great. When you walk on the floor it sounds like your shoes are un-tied or someone is following you. The only kitchen essentials were salt and pepper so I recommend you bring any thing you need.”
