âCa Barbini is set in beautiful grounds. Very clean and good size rooms and bathroom. Amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast had a very good selection and staff were always helpful. The outdoor pool was also lovely and good amount of parking. Very much enjoyed our stay.â

The hotel is in a great position looking down over lake Garda. The facilities are perfect, the Spa and sauna are great and the massage treatment worked a treat.

"The location was absolutely beautiful. Scenery couldnât be better. The property was well maintained and all the details were considered.
Only challenge is that the Gargnano village is 5km steep downhill away, so you need the car to get there for dinner, etc.

"For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics.
At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros.
I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy.
The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything.
