”Staid the previous night, the employee HE was awesome. Went to check in on this night (unforseen circumstances we had to stay an extra night), we arrived parking lot was dark,the lights then started to flash outside on the entire building. My husband and I walk in and the lady immediately started telling me my reservatik. Was not paid for when it in fact had been. Went outside a me back with another paid booking then the girl started to get an attitude because my id didnt match my reservation. ...
