”The cabin was exactly as described, with photos that reflect the space. The property itself was beautiful and well cared for. Jake and Becky were very nice and responsive, though we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We enjoyed fishing, relaxing by the fire, making s’mores, exploring the grounds, making art, and browsing nearby shops. It was a great weekend!”

”This cabin is very cozy, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch for all of our meals and coffee in the morning. There are other cabins there, but you still feel like you’re out in the wilderness. The only thing you have to be mindful of are the steps going to the second story. They are very steep. We had a great time together in this cozy cabin! Thanks for sharing it!”

”Quiet and cozy cabin across the street from the Kickapoo River. Perfect size for two to take a quiet getaway for a time. Much to see in the Readstown and Viroqua area and Kickapoo Valley. ”Was looking for a secluded get away with me and my dog and this place delivered. The cabin was modern with a nice kitchen, more than enough space for us, air conditioned, nice porch and screened in area to keep the bugs out. Enjoyed cooking on the outdoor gas grill and walking the trails on the property. Be advised some trails are pretty rough going and you should dress appropriately for burrs.
