”Very friendly staff. Clean property. The parking was inconvenient unless you pay to Valet. The rooms are small, but nice. Love the black out shades. ”

”room was very nice. Clean and a nice size. The hotel is very small no Bellman only carts but it does have valet parking. I was only there for one night but I didn’t see any walkable destinations. It’s not in any kind of shopping area so it’s rather dead around the hotel. ”

”We will be booking for every stay in Columbus! We had a corner room that was so spacious, the room was clean and all we had to do was text for anything and it was taken care of! Checkout was the latest of all the hotels we've ever been at and it was walking distance to convention center! ”

”The property was nice. You could here people walking on the floor above and other people opening a closing their doors. My biggest issue was that I had to contact the front desk to have the door fixed so it would actually close and lock”

”The hotel is a beautiful old historic building with a pretty grand lobby. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant and bar was good. Wait staff were very nice. My room was pretty small, but in an older historic building I can’t complain. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was nice. ”

”Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options. Another person I ran jnto there also had the same issues with checking in. "Hot" water was barely just warm enough for a shower. Room was...
