”We loved the area of this property. We could walk everywhere and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming. The beds were sooo comfortable and lots of great personal touches. It was a bit tough to find (for future guests, you are looking for an upstairs unit) but once we settled in all went very well.”

We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. ”My room smelled like sewer gas. It was coming from the shower. The room was run down and the breakfast was empty by 8am and not refilled.”

”Once we arrived and handed our car off to the valet. Note they didn’t offer a luggage cart or point us in the direction of one. We go to the front desk to be told we are not staying there but will be staying at a lesser value hotel across town. The other hotel had bunk beds, a broken leaking refrigerator and the room was very dark and tiny. Because we knew most hotels were already booked we decided to stay. But believe we should get a portion of our rental fee back. It was not worth what we paid”
