”I made a complaint of this hotel due to they charge me of staying in hotel, even I have paid via ebookers the bill of staying in hotel. Other things in hotel are that there were thin walls and all noise was heard from outside and also from hotel lobby and restaurant until late evening.”

It has also a great location near Cuenca's historic centre, but far enough so that the noise and movement of people didn't disturb us. ”The property and breakfast sir was are lovely, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. We were there on Halloween but it was raining terribly that night, so the staff let her truck or treat around the hotel and even got a couple of guests in on it. It was the sweetest, most generous act and by the whole team. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and their team. ”
