”A middle aged man working the reception was very rude to me the entire stay, eved shushed me and raised his voice at me. Just made the entire stay awful. I guess he saw me as a wortless client as a young woman and treated me accordingly. The women working there were wonderful though and for them I wish the best. ”The service, cleanliness, and location were outstanding. Nice spa/sauna section also (for extra fee). The room was quiet and perfect for our purposes. ”We stayed for one night in this modern hotel in Olbia. The hotel is a 10 min drive from centrum but they offer free parking. The hotel was clean, quite new and had a nice rooftop restaurant/bar. We didn’t quite understand the lighting in the room, and the Nespresso machine didn’t work in our superior room. Breakfast was good but you had to order the food from the staff, so it’s not a traditional buffet. ”

Der Infinitypool ist wunderschön und man hat einen tollen Blick über Olbia. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Jaccuzzi auf der eigenen Terasse, was ich nur empfehlen kann. Empfehlenswert ist ein Auto, da sich die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Olbia befindet und man sie sonst nur mit dem Bus erreichen kann. ”

”When we arrived we were told that our reservation had not been received even though we had a booking confirmation from Hotels.com. The staff made us wait for a manager for an hour before letting us know if we could stay at the hotel. The manager didn't speak English but other staff translated the conversation.
