”I'm torn. On the one hand, the accommodation is clean, and we were generally satisfied with this category. On the other hand, they advertise that pets can stay for free. We traveled with our dog and, as always, mentioned it again in the comments. Sometimes there are special dog-friendly rooms so the accommodation can assign them directly. Then suddenly we were told that dogs weren’t allowed - not here but via WhatApp. Even though all platforms explicitly stated that pets were permitted in this...

”We forgot our passports to hotel room's safety box and only noticed it when back at mainland. The receptionist was extremely helpful, organized so that her mother brought our passports to the mainland via ferry in same day! Saved rest of our vacation 5/5.”

”Great staff breakfast and we felt so welcomed”

”Ottima spa”

”five stars for the property, 6 to the reception staff”

”Although a little difficult to spot, this is a delightful and beautifully renovated property, with a large and private parking area. Although situated on a busy road, the traffic noise was well tempered. The host was very (very) responsive, especially as our key to the room proved to be stubbornly uncooperative, necessitating a late night message. The breakfast was extensive and hearty (we felt guilty not eating more) and the lovely lady serving was very cheerful.”

”Very nice Hotel. Restaurant menu was a little confusing but the good was excellent. Would recommend highly!”

”The set up was fine and good , but not quite as expected in that the host doesn't live on the premises. There are a few rooms avaliable across 2 flats on the second floor (with lift) of a block of flats. The rooms are all self- contained with locks. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The host made sure he was there to greet us, show us into the car park and around the property. He was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat. He asked us what we would like to eat for breakfast and...

”Bella struttura di nuova costruzione e completa di ogni confort. personale gentile e cortese”

”Street parking can be a bit of a challenge. Other than that it’s wonderful.”

Saimme varmaan hotellin huonoimman huoneen. Huoneessa ei ollut edes ikkunaa.Aaamianen ok. Ainut hyvä puoli...

”Spotlessly clean and just the most amazing location. Absolutely loved Trapani and definitely want to return. End of October stay and weather was perfect for exploring.”

”Room was clean and terrace bar was with the nice view and location is perfect at the downtown area.”

”Habitación limpísima con un baño enorme, muy agradable.En el centro peatonal de la ciudad,y al lado de todo. Son muy amables con las indicaciones y dan muy buenas recomendaciones, muchas gracias!”
