"Yövyimme kolme yötä ja viihdyimme ilmastoidussa hotellissa erittäin hyvin alusta alkaen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja mukavaa. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja maukas. Tietysti uima-allas katolla on luksusta. Siellä oli mukava viettää aikaa helteisen Madridin keskustassa, kun oli tarve huilata shoppailun ja nähtävyyksien katselun välissä."

"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open. The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing. "
