”Our stay in Madrid whilst short we managed to see everything we wanted to see and we were able to walk to most areas. What a great apartment in an amazing location. Lots to see and do around the area. The apartment itself lacked for nothing. It was clean and modern and really well laid ou. We had a wonderful stay in Madrid. ”

”Just an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. ...

”Vierailumme osui hiljaiseen aikaan ja meille tarjottiin upgradausta. Otimme sen vastaan ja saimme todellakin vastinetta rahoillemme. Red-level oli upea kokemus.”

"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open.
The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
