”great breakfast service and food. Excellent location to nearby attractions.”

”Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo.”

”Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

”The online website does not state that the property is two flights of stairs up. Not convenient with anyone that has mobility issues. The rooms were nice, with good bathrooms.”

”Ystävällinen emäntä teki aamiaisesta presentaation ja valikoima oli tarpeeksi monipuolinen.”

”Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home.”

”Wonderful location close to attractions, restaurants etc. Palazzo Santa Ninfa is like living as a countess or princess for your stay. Host Gianluca was amazing and helpful with every detail. The only thing I would mention is that there are steps up to apartment and a couple steps to bathroom and bathtub!”

”Erittäin ystävällinen emäntä ja henkilökunta.”

”This boutique hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Palermo’s historic center! The staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive. I especially appreciated the thoughtful handwritten welcome note in our room, a lovely personal touch that made us feel right at home. The housekeeping team also does an excellent job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless and well-maintained. Best of all, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Palermo’s main...
