Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla 200 m valoihin, mutta nyt viisastuneena ymmärsimme että kaikki maksaa monta kertaa enemmän tuolla alueella kuin 300 metriä kauempana. Sisäänkirjautumisessa jäi henkilökortti sinne ja sitä ei saa heiltä pois, joten huolehtikaan hyvin...

    "The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "

    "tears become… streams become…" An art and music installation by artist Douglas Gordon and pianist Hélène Grimaud from 2015-16: two pianos standing in an enormous pool of water that covered the majority of the drill hall floor. We were not there for the live music event—tickets were pretty expensive and went fast–but the installation was amazing; my camera phone pics do NOTHING to share the experience.
