”This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up.”

”I was given room 105, a handicap room. When I checked out the girl said she was surprised they never use that room. I told her no kidding. There was NO soap, no toiletries at all. The floor had long red hair on it as did the tub/shower. Get to the bed and decide a big nope to the bed spread to find one of those old school blankets that collect all the hair, long red hair in this case. I just needed to be close to the airport and I’m so tired. I’d say f&$k it and just go to sleep. My flight...

”Very rude staff, which acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist us with our most basic request. We were first given the wrong room then switched to a room where the air/heater did not work during 50 degree wheather. The tv was not working during our stay with the addition of the beds being really loud and terribly hard would not recommend this hotel.”

”This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly. ”
