”Bad hotel lack of any amenities no breakfast run down unsafe area just coffee for breakfast and coffee not avalible ”

”Great location near the airport and conference center. Safe and free parking. Comfortable, clean rooms. I had a patio room which was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the grassy area in the morning and evening. I will definitely stay there again.”

”We stayed here because we needed to recover before heading home from a long work assignment. This was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was the perfect temperature to loosen sore muscles. It was located near the airport and several interstates making day trips easy. It was great to have breakfast waiting every morning. And our room was clean and comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!”

”How can I review a place where I didn’t even have the opportunity to stay in but was still charged as if I did? All because my plane was extremely delayed, I called the hotel hoping to get something done as we were extremely tired but they said nothing could be done, that I needed to cancel 24 in advance for a refund. Canceling was not my intention, how could I foresee the flight’s delay?? I have called the hotel to help and they give me the runaround with “manager isn’t here, call back later” ”

”Great location. Plenty of food places in the area. The staff was really nice. However, I did request the room to be refreshed while I was gone, came back 4 hours later and the room was not. When I called downstairs they did send house keeping up immediately. Bar was suppose to open at 5 they had to call someone to come open it at 5:15. The bartender was really nice and apologetic about it, even offered a small discount, Outside of those 2 issues the stay was as pleasant. ”

”House keeping is done daily. If you want extra bathroom towels, you have to take them down yourself after 3pm to get more. ”

”Had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know I was going to be arriving after MN due to multiple delays with my flight schedule. The yoing lady told me know to worry that as long as I got there by 130am that mybroom was saved. Arrived at 105am and the doors were locked. I knocked without reponse. After about 10 minutes I saw a phone to the right of me and got in touch with someone who hung up but did unlock the door. I realize I was there late but he wasnt the most friendly...

”I didn’t think they kept 1960’s motels still in business- especially under the Marriott Residence brand. No shuttle to the airport in the morning, the smell and property was outdated. The air conditioning barely worked and the toilet leaked. The tub was stained and if I had to stay over 5 hours for a connection and had a chance to cancel, I would’ve been gone. ”

”This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up.”
