”Clean and nice, best hotel on this trip (10 nights)”

”we stay for a week and there was No house keeping since we checked in, whenever we ask for towels or toilet tissues, the front desk would always say we need to look for housekeeping and ask them. it's more of a stay in motel instead of a Choice hotel.”

Beds were all right, room was a good size, breakfast was standard for Hampton with eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juice, muffins, and bagels. Pillows could’ve been better, and the bathroom door was a sliding barn door, so could see through the slats when walking by, couldn’t lock, … . ”Room was clean. They checked us in 30 min early and upgraded our room without extra charge. Good breakfast and service. There is a restaurant on site which is convenient, we ordered late for pick up and ate in our room. Overall would stay here again in the future”

”My room was clean and I enjoy having a mini kitchenette in my room. It’s nice to have an option to go to a pool and hot tub. I will say it was a little concerning that if you bought something downstairs that they can charge it to whatever room number you give them. I’m not sure if they verify, I didn’t charge anything to my room. I don’t like that they shut the water off for 6 hours for a “ required maintenance” repair. ”I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the professional staff at the front desk, particularly Christina, Ethan, Vanessa and others. The location of Hotel Casa 425 is ideal, walking distance to the Pomona Colleges and shops.”

”Initially when I booked this hotel breakfast was included however reception said it wasn’t included in my package. I was disappointed that’s the only reason why I had booked here . I had an event I didn’t even had time to eat that’s my only complaint.”
